Envipco is looking for a dynamic Controller with hands-on knowledge and experience who will be accountable for the accounting operations of the company, to include production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or international financial reporting standards.

1.       Accountability, Cash management, Inventory management and control, Accounts receivable, Accounts payable, Payroll, Budgeting, Variance analysis, and Internal controls
2.       Timely completion of monthly financial statements and their review to perform variances analysis with the budget
3.       Preparation of budgets, cash flow statements / forecasts and business plans
4.       There is also a requirement for compliance with sales requirements
5.       Coordination and completion of statutory, bank and other audits
1.       Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent with 10+ years of progressively responsible for a major company or division of a large corporation
2.       Good analytical and interpersonal skills
3.       Good knowledge of US GAAP
4.       Strong computer skills with spreadsheet modeling and ability to use accounting and ERP software
5.       Must be a team player with comprehensive written and verbal communication skills 
6.       CPA / MBA preferred
7.       Experience in consolidation and Forex preferred

Sr Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Envipco is the Innovator of the Reverse Vending Industry primarily serving markets in North America and Europe. To further strengthen our Engineering activities, we're looking for Senior Mechanical Engineer with focus on a variation of modern manufacturing processes and a drive for technology innovation.

This position will perform all aspects of mechanical engineering and design from the initial feasibility stage to manufacturing release for next generation of Reverse Vending Machines and will be responsible for development efforts including planning, scheduling, and documentation required as well as architecting, implementing and testing of the design. 

Position will report directly to Director of Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Research, develop and implement technologies, methods and techniques into manufacturing
  2. Provide direction for process development
  3. Coordinates change requests based on manufacturing issues
  4. Lead DFM activities
  5. Design jigs, guards, and fixtures to aid assembly processes
  6. Provide consultation to other teams
  7. Resolve problems in manufacturing
  8. Develop work instructions and provide training to assembly team
  9. Actively maintain knowledge of new technologies, methods and techniques
  10. Lead projects
  11. Actively support and participate in continuous improvement projects
  12. Typical Tools, Technologies
  13. Proficient in standard design and development tools such as Solid Works 3d and AutoCad 2d
  14. Design for multiple fabrication and material methods as injection molding, castings, machined parts and sheet metal.
  15. Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing

Experience and Education and Skill requirements:

  1. BSME or equivalent in related Engineering or Technology degree; or equivalent work experience
  2. Ability to lead projects
  3. 7+ years in detailed part and product design
  4. Ability to create engineering drawings, and other technical information required to perform the assigned task
  5. Plastic and metal part design
  6. Prototype methods and processes
  7. Strong materials knowledge
  8. Design for Manufacturing
  9. Working knowledge of FMEA
  10. Combination of office skills and hands-on activities
  11. Ability to use Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and Word
  12. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, collect data and present analysis in a clear, understandable and usable manner
  13. Self-driven and independent in leading the Engineering process
