Plastic Bottle-to-Bottle Recovery
Envipco provides full-cycle solutions that close the loop, from bottle to bottle. The beverage container recovery process starts with identifying, sorting, crushing, and flattening materials at the point-of-purchase, followed by accurately recording the containers, then overseeing their logistics and transport. We complete the cycle by processing PET, HDPE, and PVC materials at Sorepla, our French plastics recycling facility, which is the largest of its kind in Europe.
Here, we process more than 112,000,000 pounds of plastics a year to generate the pellets and flakes that can be used in fleece sweaters, carpeting, and strapping, and for food-grade applications, as approved by the FDA and other regulatory bodies. Our clients, including the beverage industry, purchase reclaimed plastics to create new bottles for their products rather than buy more resource-intensive virgin resin.
Sorepla (ISO 9002 Certification) was established to provide an industrial solution to recycling domestic plastic packaging waste, removing them from the waste stream and extending their useful life. The plastic reclamation plant performs prewashing, grinding, washing, sortation, separation, drying, and packaging. For more information, visit Sorepla.
