Flex

The FLEX, our small-footprint model, puts bottle recovery automation within reach of a broader group of organizations to include schools, gas stations, drug stores, convenience stores, municipal facilities, and recreation areas. Envipco designed the FLEX in response to requests from smaller retail establishments who wanted the benefits of Envipco technology in a small, cost-effective footprint and from educational/municipal institutions who wanted to encourage recycling.

The machines can process both aluminum and PET plastics in the same small footprint. The standard version includes barcode scanning and receipt printing for the automated processing and cash control required in Deposit markets. The FLEXND, designed for non-deposit areas, offers the same compaction benefits without the barcode scanning and printing processes required for deposit areas. Ideal for low-volume sites, the machine requires minimal service and is an alternative to manual sorting that pays for itself by reducing store labor, freeing up valuable floor space and eliminating shrink.

Manual versus Flex Comparison
