BulkMaster

The BulkMaster is Envipco's bulk handling solution, capable of scanning entire bags of commodities. At ultra-high speed, it can accurately count, sort, and validate eligible beverage containers. Computer-driven operations in the hopper area prevent errors and promote faster processing. Two processing stations further ensure speed and continuous operation.

The BulkMaster's modular design allows for configuration based on client specifications, and is available in either a glass-only model or a multi-commodities model. The GlassMaster model is a bulked-up version designed to withstand the wear associated with processing high volumes of glass.

How it Works:

• A scanner reads the barcode on a strip attached to each bag.
• The commodity is then dropped into the filling hopper.
• The system is started and can process the next bag of commodity without interruption.
• The commodity is then automatically separated and sent to the identification unit, where the data is processed in the control PC at a rate of up to 4 containers per second.
• Based on data collected, the commodities are automatically sorted using a compressed air system.
• Non-eligible containers are rejected and flagged for separate manual processing.
• The commodity data is identified, counted, and inserted into a standardized database.
• The sorted commodity is then fed directly into a compactor or baler for efficient handling.
