  • The BulkMaster can accurately count, sort and validate eligible beverage containers at ultra-high speed. The BulkMaster is operated easily with the aid of a computer in the area of the hopper, which avoids error situations and allows for faster processing. A scanner reads the barcode on a strip attached to each bag. The commodity is then dropped into the filling hopper. The system is started and can process the next bag of commodity without interruption. All that is required is the identification of the barcode label. The commodity is then automatically separated and sent to the identification unit, where it is again assessed and the data processed in the control PC. It is then sorted automatically based on the data collected. Any non-eligible containers are rejected and sorted separately for manual processing. The different operating modes of the system are indicated by different-colored signal lights. To avoid delays in the sequence, there are two high processing stations available. When the bag’s barcode number changes, the system automatically switches over between these stations. This makes it possible to continuously acquire unidentified commodity manually with the high speed scanner. Work processes are implemented at any time with an integrated user management facility. All actions associated with the personnel are recorded. Process parameters are input at the control cabinet. Other operating elements at the control cabinet are: n Maintenance accessibility n Selection of different sorting modes The commodity data is identified, counted and inserted into a standardized database. The sorted commodity is then fed directly to a compactor or baler for efficient handling. With it’s Modular Design, the BulkMaster can be configured to a clients specific needs.
